About Me
My name is Bethany Galeckyj and I am a Graphic Designer and Artist currently based in the beautiful Cotswold town of Cheltenham, located in the Gloucestershire county. ​​

Being born and raised in the gorgeous Cotswold countryside has been a huge source of inspiration for my creative and eccentric mind, enabling me to find wonder in the wide-open natural space that would often lend itself to my imagination. I have since become a creative who often uses the world I see around me as a guide in my creative projects and decisions, before interpreting it through my own expressive and illustrative art style.

With my previous experiences as a Filmmaker, Production Designer and Content Creator, I am consistently driven by my enthusiasm for storytelling and how we might use various visual elements to communicate, influence, and inspire a myriad of different demographics.​

Now that I have just graduated with a Master's degree in Graphic Design from Falmouth University, I am open to all work that will allow me to flourish further as a creative.

Within the two years of studying Graphic Design at Falmouth, I have developed upon my understanding and abilities in effective visual communication. I learnt how to harness my artistic and illustrative skills and style and apply it to each one of my briefs, I developed on my own particular practice and methodology, and over time I had strengthen my expertise in a variety of traditional graphic design customs. Overall, I have come out of this course with a newfound confidence in my work and a drive to embark on more exciting and challenging projects that will allow me to continue my development.

BA Film Production

After achieving a place on one of the top courses for Film Production in the UK, it was here where I was able to hone in on my knowledge and skills in the practice and discipline of creating high standard multi-media content. I developed upon my knowledge of how to effectively create a film from preproduction through to post production. Working predominately within the Production Design department, I learnt how to design, build and dress film sets and props from scratch which allowed me reinforce my keen eye for detail as well as my proficiency in powerful visual storytelling.
